Absolute Designs Enterprises Pty Ltd (Direct Hotel Suppliers)

Deliveries attract a varied shipping rate based on value and size, as advertised in the current price list. Customer will be provided with an email invoice separately and all invoicing and bank receipts will show payment to ABSOLUTE DESIGNS ENTERPRISES PTY LTD, which constitute the entire agreement between Taboo Intimacy and its customer, by definition, the receiving part.

Direct Hotel Suppliers advise that the use of this website is for those over the age of 18 years.

All costs of products are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Whilst we endeavour to ship within 5-7 business days from receipt of order/payment, please allow up to 14 days for delivery depending on customers location. If delivery time is to exceed this Direct Hotel Suppliers will contact the customer. If you have not received your order within 14 days and have not been contacted you may contact Direct Hotel Suppliers at contact@directhotelsuppliers.com.au for questions or concerns.

Whilst we endeavour to ship in the same time frame for our customers receiving large volume/custom orders where possible, time frames will be discussed directly with the customer.

WARRANTY

All products distributed by Direct Hotel Suppliers to its customers are guaranteed against defects and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. This warranty extends to our customers only.  The product is covered under warranty only if it was used for the purpose it was intended. This warranty is void in the event of misuse or abuse of the product. Direct Hotel Suppliers will not allow any claims for labour or other expenses necessary to replace or repair damages caused by defective product.

Products which are found to be defective will be credited. If a replacement is required from Direct Hotel Suppliers it will be charged at the standard customer rate and shipped freight free.

Products are to be returned by our customer with a written description of the fault, and the date purchased from Direct Hotel Suppliers, to: Level 2, 3-5 St.Kilda Road, St.Kilda, Victoria. Australia 3182. A pre email notice should also be sent advising of the return to:

Direct Hotel Suppliers will not offer credit for inventory returned with no fault found, or as a result of inventory ordered which is surplus to requirement.

RETURNS

At Direct Hotel Suppliers we only source and supply quality adult products that meet our stringent requirements for manufactured quality, safety and value for money. As we obviously can’t test the products before we ship them we do our best to ensure all products are of the highest standard.

All sales are final and no returns can be accepted due to the intimate nature of adult products and hygiene and safety regulations. Direct Hotel Suppliers does not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products. If products are found to be faulty or defective and unused please refer to our Damaged Stock section for returns within 30 days of purchase.

REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an invoice number for the shipment you received it in.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in accordance with our processes.

DAMAGED STOCK OR SHORTAGE IN SHIPMENT

Direct Hotel Suppliers do not assume liability for damaged or missing stock and each case is to be handled ad hoc, based on circumstances. The customer is to accept the shipment and note “Carton was broken or damaged” with the courier.

The customer must notify Direct Hotel Suppliers within 5 days after receipt. Photographical evidence together with a copy of the courier note (“carton broken or damaged”) is required prior to any further investigation and replacement. Generally, damaged stock is replaced within one week; product return, is required and is to be returned to Direct Hotel Suppliers at: Level 2, 3-5 St.Kilda Road, St.Kilda, Victoria. Australia 3182.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The above Terms and Conditions supersede all previous terms and conditions.

Free gifts or inclusions, are not covered under warranty regardless of how they are supplied (including when they are provided as a free gift or as part of a full price item).
